Recently, our company Ligret attended the forum “Personnel strategy in energy: from education to market realities”, organized by the largest business community of energy companies in Ukraine, Energy Club. The event was devoted to the urgent issues of staffing the energy industry of Ukraine in the new realities of life.
Representatives of energy companies, educational institutions, state authorities and other parties in the energy sector took part in the forum.
During the panel discussions, the following issues were discussed:
